  • A sales consultant will call you to assist with your application

  • We will confirm your identity details for your security

  • We will complete your credit assessment

  • We will double-check your delivery address to avoid delays

  • We will confirm your selected contract package

  • We will guide you on the documents required

  • We walk you through the DebiCheck process

Submit Your Supporting Documents

Step 3

  • Send us a clear copy of your South African ID document

  • Send us your proof of address

  • Make sure your proof of address is not older than three months

  • Once received, we submit your application for approval

Confirming and Dispatching Your Order

Approve Your DebiCheck Mandate

Step 4

  • We send your DebiCheck mandate to your nominated bank account

  • You will receive a secure push notification from your bank

  • Simply approve the mandate on your banking app

  • Your order proceeds once the mandate is successfully accepted

  • We send a secure mandate to your nominated bank account

  • You receive a push notification directly from your bank

  • Approve the mandate in your banking app

  • Once approved, your order moves forward to dispatch

Your Order Is On Its Way

  • We prepare and carefully package your order

  • Your SIM card is allocated to your account

  • Your package is dispatched via courier

  • You receive tracking details to follow your delivery

Activating and Completing Your Service

  • Logon onto the MTN app and RICA your number

Our 5–7 Day Activation

Once you are approved and have accepted your DebiCheck mandate, your order is dispatched and delivered right to your door. Your service will be fully activated within 5–7 days, getting you connected with total peace of mind.
